Belgrade Urban Distillery je zanatska destilerija u kojoj se proizvodi preko 20 vrsta rakija i jakih alkoholnih pića u ograničenim serijama. Proizvodnja se obavlja na tri destilaciona aparata od 120 do 300 litara.
Voćnjaci i primarna proizvodnja se nalaze na jugu Srbije, dok se u Beogradu, na Dorćolu, obavlja završni deo proizvodnje od odležavanja i starenja destilata do finalnog proizvoda.
Poštujući tradicionalan način proizvodnje, dvostrukom destilacijom na malim bakarnim kazanima, uz smele recepture i nove kombinacije ukusa, Belgrade Urban Distillery predstavlja srpsku rakiju na potpuno nov način u prvoj mikro destileriji otvorenog tipa u Beogradu.
Svi sudovi sa proizvodima imaju jasno istaknute hemijske analize koje garantuju sastav i kvalitet, a sve rakije i likeri se mogu degustirati i na licu mesta flaširati u boce, zapremine od 500ml do 1000ml. Naše stručno osoblje vam je na raspolaganju svakim danom i subotom od 08 do 22h i nedeljom od 10 do 16h.
U okviru destilerije, nalaze se restoran i koktel bar, tako da osim u vrhunskim destilatima, možete uživati i u specijalitetima domaće i internacionalne kuhinje.
Belgrade urban distillery is the craft distillery where you can find more than 20 types of rakija (fruit brandies) and liqueurs, produced in the limited series.
Orchards and initiative production are located in the south of Serbia, while the finalization is performing in Belgrade - the aging of the distillate and finalization of product. Rakija is produced in three handmade pot stills 120 to 300 Liters.
All product vessels have clearly prominent chemical analyzes that guarantee composition and quality, and all brandy and liqueurs can be tasted and are bottled in 500ml to 1000ml bottles.
In the first open type micro-distillery in Belgrade, we are producing rakija respecting the traditional procedures of double distillation in small copper stills and a inovative mixtures of flavors, recreating the idea of Serbian traditional drink.
